Launched in April 2018 Community Power Partners (CPP) is an affiliate of Matrix Solar Development, a New York based Community Solar Developer. CPP was formed to fill a void in the customer acquisition space that became apparent during due diligence for the Community Solar Customer Acquisition and Sponsor Services for its own portfolio. Matrix uncovered what it felt were multiple inefficiencies with the current products being offered in the market. These inefficiencies included obscure pricing, lack of flexibility with the technical backbone, and lack of a cogent marketing strategy to subscribe Community Solar projects at scale.

Stemming from professionals in real estate development, energy sales and renewable energy developers, CPP is well positioned to leverage their expertise and offer a more compelling product to the marketplace.
